My Story

Hello everyone! I'm Jana, and I'm thrilled to be part of your healthy living journey! Fitness, health, and wellness have always played a role in my life. I joined my first sports team at just 5 years old and continued to compete in athletics throughout college. At 14 years old, I made a commitment to eliminate junk food and sodas, which sparked my passion for learning about proper nutrition. In my early 20s, I developed an interest in bodybuilding, further fueling my enthusiasm for fitness and healthy living. I specialize in educating others on effective fitness techniques, nutritional strategies, and providing supportive coaching for those seeking guidance. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with ongoing studies in corrective exercise, I continuously expand my knowledge to help individuals build endurance, gain strength, and optimize their health based on their unique needs.
