  • calorie and macronutrient calculations with guided implementation

  • breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack meal options with recipes (3 options per meal)

  • understand portion control guidelines tailored to your plan

  • essential grocery list items

  • daily support for inquiries via text or email

  • weekly check-ins through Zoom or phone calls
